Q: Dear Christine, I have a new washing machine which requires a high performance detergent. Only Cheer or Tide makes that type of detergent for these new water saving front loaders. The problem is that I don't like the smell of these products, thus I use your lavender laundry fragrance in the softener cycle to counter the smell of the Tide. Do you have any suggestions? - Anne
A: Right now our detergent has too much of a foaming agent to be used in your washer. We are working on reformulating for both high efficiency washers and regular ones. Q: Dear Christine, Hello! I looked thru your website and I did not see the Honeysuckle Vine fragrance anymore. yikes is it discontinued? I love it and hoard the laundry fragrance for only my hand washables. Let me know. Thanks I love your products, great work! Sincerely - Christine
A: Unfortunately, we no longer sell Honeysuckle Vine products. It was not as popular as our other products, so we discontinued it to make room for another fragrance. I try to continually develop new fragrances and to do so I have to get rid of some of the existing, less popular ones.
